Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy

For products sold directly by All Things Cedar:
The products made and sold at All Things Cedar are guaranteed to satisfy.  However, if you change your mind or need to return your purchase for any reason, please email or call us within 30 days for a Return Form. We will plan to exchange, replace, or accept your return and refund you the original amount of the purchase price less shipping.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be received in original packaging.  All items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition. A return for refund does not come under our warranty conditions below, therefore you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For products sold by a 3rd Party Vendor:
Please contact the vendor you purchased your product from and follow their returns policy.

 

 

Warranty Replacement
For products sold directly by All Things Cedar:

If you receive a defective item, All Things Cedar will, at its discretion and expense, replace any parts or products that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. All Things Cedar must be notified by email with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. Our 30-day warranty covers the replacement of any defective item or part; it does not cover a refund for a return. If you would like to cancel your order and return the product, you will need to make arrangements to return the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.

For products sold by a 3rd Party Vendor:
If you receive a defective item, please contact the vendor you purchased your item from and provide them with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. They will contact All Things Cedar, on your behalf, to make arrangements for replacement of any defective items or parts within 30 days of purchase. Our 30-day warranty covers the replacement of any defective item or part; it does not cover a refund for a return. If you would like to return your product, you will need to contact the vendor you purchased your product from and follow their returns policy.

 

 

Shipping Damage:

When receiving delivery of your shipment, be sure to open each box and inspect the merchandise before accepting delivery. If your merchandise has arrived in damaged condition, you can refuse delivery or note damage on shipper’s copy of freight bill. Then contact All Things Cedar and we will replace the item at no cost to you. If you decide to cancel your order, you will be responsible for returning the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above. If you accept a damaged shipment without notating the damage on driver’s waybill, you must notify us by email within 3 days with supporting photos of the damaged product and photos of all internal and external packaging. All Things Cedar will replace your product free of charge however the freight company will not rebate your shipping costs. Therefore, you will be required to pay for freight charges involved with shipping the replacement to you. In the event you would like to cancel the order you will need to make arrangements to return the item to us as outlined in our returns policy above.

How to Return a Product for Exchange or Refund:

  • Request a return authorization number (RA number) below.
  • Once you receive your RA Form, print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
  • Repackage (if needed) and ship back to us through the shipping method of your choice.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the RA Form and must be shipped prepaid to our main Canadian or US Warehouse location which is stated on the RA Form.
  • Any shipments returning without this documentation will be refused and no amount will be refunded.
  • If returning for an exchange, a replacement will be shipped to you at no charge.

To Request a Return Authorization (RA) number please email us with the following:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Telephone number
  • Item returning
  • Reason for return (refund or replacement)
  • Number of total packages

All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to an additional restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order. Coverage for insurance, brokerage, duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper. A product that has been shipped back to All Things Cedar in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to an additional restocking fee. When making a return, a credit for the price of the merchandise ,excluding the cost of shipping charges, will be provided.


If the product was on a free shipping promotion, the purchase price of the product less the shipping charges incurred will be refunded. No returns will be authorized beyond fifteen (15) days after receipt of merchandise. After 15 days the item will be treated as under Warranty. No returns will be authorized for fully and permanently assembled furniture kits. Be it noted that the liability of All Things Cedar Incorporated is limited to and will not exceed the replacement price of  purchase. All things Cedar Inc. will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise manufactured and or sold either directly or indirectly through All Things Cedar including regular and custom ordered manufactured products, wholesale items, or products made by other companies and sold through All Things Cedar Incorporated.
