If you recieve a defective item please contact the vendor you purchased your item from, and provide them with supporting pictures of the defective item or part. They will contact All Things Cedar, on your behalf, to make arrangments to replace any defective items or parts within 30 days of purchase. Our 30 day warranty covers the replacement of any defective item or part, it does not cover a refund for a return. If you would like to return your product you will need to contact the vendor you purchased your product from and follow their returns policy.
